Baker Hill Road District (BHRD) is an independent municipal district within the larger municipality of Lanesborough, Massachusetts.

BHRD is a governing body that oversees maintenance of the

Route 7/Route 8 Connector road as a public way, ensures timely payment of the Berkshire Mall's bond and ensures Berkshire Mall meets obligations to the community regardless of ownership.

The district has the power to pursue development of the

Berkshire Mall property.
