Baker Hill Road District is governed by a Prudential Committee of three members, two appointed by the Town of Lanesborough, and one appointed by the property owners within the District.

Prudential Committee members are appointed for 3 year terms and is charged with responsibility for the operation, maintenance and fiscal oversight of Baker Hill Road District.
